At Caitlyn Minimalist, we want you to cherish your jewelry for years to come. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all non-personalized pieces in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely in their original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
